hi karen!!! dont worry you should be able to get your phone fixed or replaced pretty easily and for free. if you are near an at&t store you can take it in and have a rep trouble shoot it for you, also on a side note make sure you are not overcharging your phone (ie all night long) since that can cause battery issues. if the rep cannot fix the phone you can still go to any apple store and have them do a warranty exchange for you for free since the phone is still under a year old!! hope this helps!
