Accepted answerUnlimited data plans are now expired, you and your husband will have to switch sims/ numbers. You can do this yourself, and just let all of your contacts know you have switched numbers. Just open the phones and swap sim cards, the phone number and all features follow the actual sim card

Unfortunately the policy is correct in that the unlimited data plan for a smartphone follows the phone number (line) and cannot be transferred. The only available option is to swap numbers with your husband.2 comments1 other expert is backing this answer
