As long as the sim card fits it should work. If you have any problems call 1-800-331-0500 or visit the wireless store to tell them you switched phones.

Hi Stela,
The SIM card may work, depending on which iPhone model you had. The original iPhone, 3G and 3GS all had a normal sized SIM card, while the 4 and 4S use a MicroSIM card that will not work in any other device. If the SIM needs to be replaced, you can visit an AT&T Company Owned (COR) location and receive a free replacement. You can also contact customer care for a free replacement to be shipped, however that will take a few days to get to you.
As far as the data plans, you will have to change as Blackberry's are designed to have a Blackberry data access to enable a lot of features on the phone such as email, Blackberry messenger, etc. You can keep whatever data plan you currently have and just have it switched over to the comparable Blackberry plan. The AT&T store or customer service can do this for you, or once you have the SIM card, you can access www.att.com/updatedevice and input the new IMEI and SIM card number there, which will prompt you to change the data plan as well.
