I am constantly plagued with losing the tv signal, getting improper format messages and and spend more time pugging and unplugging and rebooting this terrible system. My daughter lives three blocks away, has Uverse and has no problem. obviously it is your equipment at fault. Send me a service man or my next call is to cablevision
