Call customer care 8003310500 from a different phone but have the blackberry with you, they will reset your phone on the network which will increase the signal that phone gets, make sure that they verify that the IMEI number is up to date and cancel the registration on the device, they will also check the towers in your area to see if you may be in a low signal area, but even if you are they can still reset your phone and make sure the IMEI number is up to date which will boost your signal. If this does not resolve the problem there may be an issue with the equipment or SIM card, however resetting the registration on the phone and making sure IMEI is correct will almost always give you a significantly stronger signal.
