I've reserved flight -Boston to Heathrow-on June 14th.

I've reserved flight -Boston to Heathrow-on June 14th. I need a wheelchair when I arrive in Boston (via CapeAir) to the AA terminal there (for flight to London), then again when I arrive in early am in Heathrow Airport at least as far as customs. I have problems w. breathing and arthritic knees. Where do I call?

    You need to call American Airlines Reservations as soon as possible to request Wheelchair Assistance. The number is 1-800-433-7300. When you call, also tell them about your health problems, as well. If you need Oxygen, it has to be ordered at least 72 hours(3 days) prior to departure. They also need to know if you have your own equipment, etc... You can also request seating for your flights. You will need to have your Flight Information handy so the Agent can document your Reservations. They will require you to have either your Record Locator or an AA flight number and date of departure, or your ticket number.
