If you go to aa.com web page, on the right side of the screen ner the top is a tab that says About Us. When you click on that, a list of options drops down. Click on Corporate Information, and that will lead you to a few more options, that will leadyou to an option "Corporate Structure. At American Airlines, everyone has an email address. it is usually the first name, last name @ aa.com. Sometimes the person may put the last name 1st and the 1st name after, and some put a . between the names, etc.
