I have been doing technical support for 15 years and have advanced troubleshooting skills. I was a member of an elite team dedicated to technical support for help desks of large corporations for a large wireless carrier. I'm now doing network support for a large wireless carrier. I'm certified by Research In Motion as a Tier II Technical rep on Blackberries and have a basic understanding of Blackberry Enterprise Server.
